Maybe Johhny the Bethelite is for real maybe he isn't, maybe he leaves false trails so as not to be exposed maybe it's all a game and gives out misinformation who knows. Maybe he is a double agent maybe he is a secret agent for one side only. The only way to be sure is if we get tangible proof of what he talks about and until then we remain skeptical . Great emphasis is placed on this site for the need of verifiable proof when any subject is discussed about the Watchtower Org. Why, when and wherefore are our watchwords in discrediting the Watchtower lies. Give us the evidence I say for without it we have no armoury.

Motives for starting the lie of Watchtower Authority.

to perpetuate what i guess we all would call the lie of the watchtoer authority.
in my opinion, i think that russell was an athiest out to show how easy it is to decieve people using the bible.

The leaders in my view must have doubts but they will use the mind trick and have faith which must be, but they wont admit it ,blind faith.They need to show authority to the rank and file to keep the whole process alive and on going. However no authority has been given to them they have assumed that authority just like somebody who thinks they are a Hitler or whoever.

The Watchtower Org., or Ogre, as I like to call them because they are large and hideous. Ogres have been depicted as unintelligent and a clumsy enemy ,dangerous in that it feeds on it's human victims.
However I digress slightly and the point I would like to make is that no matter how much they twist the truth with proclamation and denial they cannot escape from the fact that they claim to speak with Jehovah's authority and when they have spoken in the past through those bits of folded paper called the Watchtower they have claimed Jehovah's authority in printing spectacular errors time after time.
Jehovah must be getting pretty well miffed by now with all their wrong predictions in his name, either that or the Org. is not what they claim but just a few generations of men who have presumed and fantasised too much and God has nothing to do with them in the slightest never has and never will.

i have said some very mean things to him that i regret and i apologize to rick for them.
but what he is doing leaves me feeling dirty and i don't even know him.

I agree with Terry on this subject matter and I hate to have disagree with others who would like to ban dare I say shun Rick .
We all have our own way of expressing ourselves which will not be pleasing to everyone let individuals have their say let us not act like Jehovah's Witnesses.
By all means criticise or praise but let's continue together to combat the common enemy which is the Watchtower Society.

The latest change in Watchtower vocabulary to catch out the unwary
by slimboyfat ini got a copy of the recent kingdom ministry the other day and it reminded me of something in the book the orwellian world of jehovha's witnesses by heather and garry botting.
it's on the front page of the december issue of the km, they have a heading called "not 'alternative' witnessing" where they explain that the term is no longer considered appropriate and "public" witnessing should be used instead.. in the orwellian world of jehovah's witnesses the bottings discuss the importance of the particular language jws use to set themselves apart from other people.
they redefine common words to give them a particular slant, such as "brother", "sister", "literature" and so on.

The German army during WW2 had some fanatical nazis soldiers refusing blood transfusions on the grounds that their pure Aryan blood might be tainted if they accepted blood . They were also similar to the Witnesses in that they thought they were the master race.

If they are God's representatives on earth God must be getting really mad at them judging by their track record on forcasting and the manner in whicht they mislead their followers .
God will find them and settle the score even if they do move out of Brooklyn they can run but they can't hide.
I followed them once for a religious education and boy did it teach me a lesson.

Yes I think it's life insurance buy into it and you won't have to worry about death that's their scam .They can't lose Witnesses regulary invest, regulary die, and the Watchtower doesn't need to pay out thank you very much.
Their sales brochures are the books and magazines their sales meeting are held at the Kingdom Hall the group conferences are held to boost morale as well as sales and so it goes on year after year generating plenty of money honey.
